How many porta potties do I need for my event?
A 4-hour event needs 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests. Add 1 unit per 100 guests if the event runs longer than 4 hours, and 1 more per 100 if alcohol is served. Make at least 5% of each cluster wheelchair-accessible, with a minimum of 1 accessible unit.

Why do you deliver the day before a one-day event?
We deliver the day before a one-day event so the unit is in place before vendors, caterers and guests arrive. Pickup happens the day after. A Wednesday event means a Tuesday drop and a Thursday pickup. You pay for the event, not for the extra two days the unit sits on site.

Do I need a permit for porta potties at a Lewisville event?
A private party on your own property usually needs no restroom permit. Events in a city park, on a public street, or open to the public usually go through the City of Lewisville special event process, which may set restroom counts. We do not pull permits, but we supply the unit count and placement plan you submit.

Will it come with hand sanitizer?
Yes. Every unit has a sanitizer dispenser and toilet paper. Add a handwashing station if food is served.
Our restrooms fell through. Can you drop late tonight or early tomorrow?
Call right away. Deliveries run 8 AM–6 PM, so we aim for the first morning slot. We will tell you on the call whether a truck can make it.
Can it be serviced during a multi-day event?
Yes. For 2–3 day events we schedule a pump and restock between days. Tell us peak attendance so we time it right.
What if it rains?
Units stay out in rain. If heavy rain softens the ground, we may place on a driveway or pad instead. Call by the day before to reschedule; see rental terms.
