Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026.

What we collect

Our quote form collects: your name, email address, delivery ZIP, phone number, start and end dates, unit type, quantity, and guest or crew count. When you call, we may record the call for quality and training and note your name, address, email and billing details needed to book.

How the form works

Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it to us. We do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

• To call you back with a quote and schedule delivery.
• To service, invoice and pick up your rental.
• To improve our service using anonymized call notes (names, numbers and addresses removed).

Payments

Card payments are taken by phone and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views, phone-button taps and form submissions. Google Fonts is used to display text. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking records as long as needed for billing and tax law. To see, correct or delete your information, call (469) 326-5665 or write to Jerry Rental Works, 344 Mc Donnell St, Lewisville, TX 75057.
